The High School Athletic Office and Family Physicians of Cedar Rapids are continuing to work together to supply Sport Physicals to our athletes.

August 2nd from 9am-5pm
August 3rd from 12pm-4pm
Cost is $25
Make your check payable to:  Family Physicians of Cedar Rapids

It is a state rule that all students participating in sports must have a current physical on file before they are allowed to practice or participate in any sport.  Physicals are good for one calendar year, with a one month grace period.  Please make sure your son or daughter has one on file before they start their season.

You may access all Activities Schedules on the district website at www.prairiepride.org. 
PrairieActivities.org is a coach based website that is entered and updated by the coaches and sponsors.
